In 2009, after a lifetime of abusing sugar, junk food, and alcohol, I finally made a commitment to improve my health and lost 90lbs.

Over the next 10 years, I learned how to build a physique I had only dreamed of in the past.

The truth is, even after I lost 90lbs, I continued to struggle with my health for years. I constantly got sick, gained weight, lost weight, and struggled to make permanent lifestyle changes.

Once I finally developed a passion for exercise, trying to find the right program was an uphill battle. I did too much cardio, weight trained sporadically, and didn’t have a clear direction for where I wanted to go with my fitness.

There’s a simple fix that would’ve gotten me results much faster: COACHING.

Coaching is so beneficial because it’s individualized to YOUR specific needs. We’re all unique with different health situations and goals.

I tried so hard when I first got started. I worked my tail off and assumed that, with enough sweat, the results would just come. And they did, eventually, but it could’ve happened much faster.

With a coach to help identify my goals and create a plan for the future, I could’ve saved years’ worth of wasted effort and gotten in shape much more efficiently.

For this reason, I launched with the intention of helping others avoid the same mistakes I made.

But I’m not doing enough.

Sure, I can release healthy recipe videos and workout regimens and podcasts, but until I get results for actual humans, my mission is incomplete.
