For 17 years, a group of fearless performers entertained 1,000’s of live fans.
In 2016, BYB put on its final show, and the wrestlers were forced to look for real jobs.

½ Cup Coconut Flour (75g)
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Sea Salt
Blend Together Banana, Eggs, Almond Butter & Melted Butter using Blender or Mixing Bowl
Add Dry Ingredients and Vanilla. Stir/Blend well.
Coat Baking Pan with Melted Coconut Oil, Add Blended Ingredients
Bake in 350 Degree Oven for 50-60mins

Mixed Spices
Parsley Flakes
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
Coat Pan with 30g Grass Fed Butter or Avocado Oil (Vegan)
Cut Potatoes into Small Cubes
Place Potatoes in Pan. Add Garlic, Mixed Spices, Parsley Flakes
Bake 50-60mins -
