This segment, if nothing else, is meant to provide a visual of where I’ve been and where I am now as someone who has been on both ends of the health spectrum. I was 270lbs with some of the worst lifestyle habits imaginable. Today, I want to be an example of health and fitness and inspire others to transform their lives, as well.
