  • 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Fruit (190g)
    • Blueberries, Strawberries, Apples)
  • Handful of Kale and/or Spinach (85g)
  • Small chunk of Ginger or Ginger Powder (2g)
  • 1 Serving Fresh Beets (50g)
  • 2 Scoops of Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate (40g)
  • 2 Tbsp Almonds or Walnuts (18g)
  • 10oz Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, or Coconut Water (280g)
  • 1 Serving of Green Superfood Powder or Spirulina (7g)
  • Add some ice cubes for extra creaminess!
