  • 1.5 Servings of Organic, Grass Fed, Plain, Full Fat Greek Yogurt (255g)
  • 1 Cup of Fresh/Frozen Organic or Wild Blueberries (140g)
  • 1 Serving of Chia Seeds (30g)
  • Cinnamon
  • Optional Sweetener: Stevia, Non-GMO Erythritol, Local Raw Honey, Monk Fruit

Optional: Grass fed protein, Crushed Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Flax Seeds
