The slammin’ sweet potato provide a delicious complement – baked with cinnamon and coconut oil or grass fed butter. You can make large batches of sweet potato and store for future meals. Reheat them on the stove with some grass fed butter, so tasty and nutritious! Eating healthy never tasted so good.
Slammin’ Sweet Potato
- Coat pan in coconut oil (place pan in oven for a short period to melt is a good trick)
- 3 Large Sweet Potatoes, Cut in Pieces
- Coat potatoes in Cinnamon
- Bake at 450 for 50 minutes
