Breakfast Energy Shake

Wise Up!

This is one of our favorite breakfast/pre-workout shakes. Simple, quick, and highly nutritious.


  1. 70g Frozen Banana
  2. 70g Frozen Cherry
  3. 27g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate (We use Legion or Naked brands)
  4. 85g Fresh Spinach
  5. 8oz Almond Milk
  6. Ice


  • Add Frozen Fruit
  • Add Whey Protein
  • Add Spinach
  • Add Almond Milk
  • Top with ice, grind away, and enjoy!

Optional Ingredient Ideas

  • Spirulina tablets for an added superfood boost!
  • Kale, chard, or other leafy greens instead of spinach
  • Coconut water instead of almond milk
