Filthy French Toast

Filthy French Toast is one of my favorite healthy breakfasts for energy and athletic performance. It’s basically a quick, healthy spin on French toast. Toasted Ezekiel bread with cashew butter, almond butter, or coconut oil spread, followed by cinnamon and raw, unfiltered honey. Amazing! All Wise Eats recipes are made with REAL food – No processed junk. We want to look good, but most importantly, feel and perform good!

Ingredients

  • Ezekiel Bread Slice – Toasted (48g)
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (14g)
    • Other options: Cashew Butter, Almond Butter, Peanut Butter, or Grass Fed Butter
  • 1 Serving Raw, Unfiltered Honey (21g) (More or less for taste)
  • Cinnamon
  1. Toast Bread
  2. Spread Nut Butter
  3. Drizzle Honey
  4. Add Dash of Cinnamon
  5. Prepare to Get Filthy
