Healthy Fried Chicken

Who says fried chicken is bad for you? Not when you prepare it Wise Eats-style! Boneless chicken breast breaded with REAL ingredients – oat bran, flax seed, hemp seed, sea salt, organic seasonings – and lightly fried in coconut oil. Eating healthy never tasted so good.

  • Chicken Breasts – Halved (12oz/336g)
  • 2 Eggs – Beaten with a splash of coconut or almond milk (100g)
  • Dry Mix – 1 Serving of Oat Bran (40g)
  • 1 Serving Flax Seed (20g)
  • 3 Tbsp Hemp Seed (30g)
  • Coconut Oil for Cooking (20g)
  • Mixed seasonings
  • Himalayan sea salt
  1. Dip chicken in egg mix, then dry mix
  2. Fry in preheated pan with coconut oil, about 5 minutes on each side

We recommend cooking in a cast iron skillet – it’s the BEST!
