This recipe is inspired by BYB referee Eazy Motha’ Reffin’ E. With his unique style and take charge attitude, E will go down as one of the most prolific referees in BYB history. Eat your heart out Earl Hebner! Since Eazy is on a low-carb diet, this recipe is going to help keep him fueled and on track with his weight loss goals. If you want to call it right down the middle like Eazy E, try this amazing real food recipe that’s loaded with high quality protein and essential fatty acids.
Ingredients
- 5g Avocado Oil for Cooking
- 1 Carton Egg Whites (460g)
- Dried Onion (20g)
- 3 Whole Eggs
- Mixed Spices
- (I used Costco’s Organic No-Salt Seasoning and Trader Joe’s Chipotle-Lime)
- Nutritional Yeast (20g)
- Garlic
- Preheat pan on medium-high heat
- Coat pan in avocado oil
- Add dried onion and garlic
- Add egg whites and whole eggs
- Add spices
- Continue to cook and fold over eggs until mostly cooked
- Add nutritional yeast powder
- Recipe serves 2. Or save half for a later meal!
Perfect to put over some organic greens for an easy salad!
