Fallaway SLAM French Toast – Healthy French Toast Recipe Video – Wise Eats

If you’re ready to ooze some machismo, sit down to a delicious serving of the Fallaway Slam French Toast. Inspired by Mike Dolce’s “East Coast Breakfast Toast” recipe, this is a highly energizing and nutritious breakfast. It provides clean fuel for your daily activities and workouts.

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Bread (We use Ezekiel cut in halves)
  • ¼ Cup Almond Milk
  • Coconut Oil for Cooking
  • 1 Cup Blueberry
  • 1 Cup Strawberry
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Coat pan with coconut oil and preheat on low-medium
  • Add frozen fruit to small saucepan and place on low-medium heat
  • Beat eggs, almond milk, and cinnamon together in a bowl
  • Dip bread into egg mixture and add to pan
  • Allow to cook 3-6 minutes, flipping them halfway through
  • Serve with the heated fresh berries and enjoy

Optional Ingredient Ideas

  • Maple syrup or agave for extra sweetness
  • Use any kind of fresh or frozen fruit you like for toppings
  • Vanilla extract
