If you’re ready to ooze some machismo, sit down to a delicious serving of the Fallaway Slam French Toast. Inspired by Mike Dolce’s “East Coast Breakfast Toast” recipe, this is a highly energizing and nutritious breakfast. It provides clean fuel for your daily activities and workouts.
Ingredients
- 2 Slices Bread (We use Ezekiel cut in halves)
- ¼ Cup Almond Milk
- Coconut Oil for Cooking
- 1 Cup Blueberry
- 1 Cup Strawberry
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Coat pan with coconut oil and preheat on low-medium
- Add frozen fruit to small saucepan and place on low-medium heat
- Beat eggs, almond milk, and cinnamon together in a bowl
- Dip bread into egg mixture and add to pan
- Allow to cook 3-6 minutes, flipping them halfway through
- Serve with the heated fresh berries and enjoy
Optional Ingredient Ideas
- Maple syrup or agave for extra sweetness
- Use any kind of fresh or frozen fruit you like for toppings
- Vanilla extract
