Ingredients
4 Potatoes (Preferably organic)
30g Grass Fed Butter (Vegan option: Avocado Oil)
Garlic (Dried or Fresh Chopped)
Mixed Spices
Parsley Flakes

Instructions
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
Coat Pan with 30g Grass Fed Butter or Avocado Oil (Vegan)
Cut Potatoes into Small Cubes
Place Potatoes in Pan. Add Garlic, Mixed Spices, Parsley Flakes
Bake 50-60mins
