Wise Eats – False Finish Fried Eggs – Scrambled Egg Breakfast Recipe

This recipe was rudely interrupted by Lord Deezus and Justin Charge in the season 4 premiere of The Following Announcement: Hard Sell (Part 1). Time to cut that intermittent fast short, because breakfast still is the most important meal of the day! This is the perfect recipe for those moments when you’ve given it everything you’ve got, but still come up short. You feel like you’ve pulled out all your best moves, but still can’t get the 1-2-3. Just stay focused, treat your body right, and keep working hard. You will end up victorious!

This is an easy opportunity to get some green vegetables in your diet. Sautee some fresh vegetables. Get those going and add in whatever herbs and spices you like.

Now that everything is preheated, go ahead and add your egg whites and/or fresh eggs.

High quality protein with every meal is going to promote weight loss and muscle growth, which is exactly what we’re getting with the organic eggs and egg whites. I’m highly in favor of using whole eggs, but if you’re on a low-fat diet, you can use egg whites to increase the protein content without the added healthy fats.

Start mixing everything together. Add hemp seed, yeast seasoning, and dulse flakes. These are going to add healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that will boost your mind and body. Sometimes, I’ll include a scoop of green superfood powder, which is a mixed blend of condensed vegetables like spirulina, wheatgrass, spinach, chlorella, and many others. This might be a little too much for some, but it’s a convenient way to get more nutrient-dense greens in your diet!

Pair this high protein dish with the Wise Eats Energy Bowl and you have an amazing, delicious, super charged breakfast.
